Self-Exclusion Process and Terms
To self-exclude, send a request from your registered email to admin@jitawin.com. We begin with a 24-hour cooling off that suspends betting access. After the cooling off, you must confirm a chosen period: one week, one month, six months, or permanent.
When you’re excluded, your account remains closed and you’re unable to withdraw cash or top-up your account. You will be able to do so once your exclusion period is over. When it happens, we automatically reactivate your account and email you.
