Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old, which is the legal gambling age in Bangladesh. You may only use the service if online gambling is legal where you live. Use of VPNs, proxies, or tools that hide your location is not allowed. You must provide truthful personal and payment details, use your own funds, and play fairly. Access is not allowed from restricted countries, such as:

• The United States of America;
• The United Kingdom;
• Germany;
• France;
• Spain;
• Netherlands;
• Austria;
• The Comoro Islands;
• FATF blacklisted nations and other prohibited territories.

To open a JitaWin account in Bangladesh, you must complete the registration and agree to these Terms. We may ask for proof of identity, address, and payment details. Each player can hold only one account. Accounts with false details may be suspended or closed. We may also refuse registration if your activity is suspicious. Verification checks help us meet AML rules and confirm that you are allowed to use our services.

All deposits must be made from a payment method in your name. Some transactions may have fees, and currency conversions follow current exchange rates. Before withdrawals, we may require identity checks. Withdrawals need to be done to the same payment method, with limits on amounts per month. Deposits must not come from illegal sources. If you withdraw without wagering your deposit at least once, an 8% fee may apply. We cannot process payments if you don’t follow the Terms and Conditions.

We forbid any illegal actions, such as account manipulation, spamming, scraping data, or using our brand without permission. Attempting to cheat or disrupt the service is not allowed. Fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activities will result in account closure, banned funds, and legal actions. Transferring accounts or funds between players is also not allowed. JitaWin employees, affiliates, and related parties cannot play for real money without written approval from company management.

If you have a complaint, contact our Customer Service with the email you’ve used on registration. We aim to respond in the span of 28 days. Disputes about bets must be raised within three days. If no agreement is reached, the matter may be referred to arbitration. In case of differences between language versions, the version in English takes priority.
